RETURNS

RETURNS. Products ordered from the online shop have a 14-day exchange and return right. The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging. Customer pays for returning the product. Customer will receive a refund for the cost of the product. For fragile items, be sure to pack carefully. We cannot be responsible for items broken in transit while being returned, as we have not packed those. We will issue a refund once the product is received, undamaged, and in the original retail package.
