PIDÄT reserves the right to update and maintain these terms and conditions without prior written notice. Your usage of pidat.fi is bound by the terms and conditions outlined you visit, we therefore encourage you to review these terms and conditions each time you use this site.

COVID-19. As the situation with COVID-19 outbreak evolves, we are closely monitoring updates and following advice from local authorities and the World Health Organisation. Our online store is operating normally with high safety measures being taken at our warehouse.

ORDERS. PIDÄT products can be purchased by making an order in our online store. The customer is responsible for making sure that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. After placing the order, the customer will receive an Order confirmation by email. If the payment process is cancelled, the order is also cancelled automatically. Once the order has proceeded to shipping the customer will receive a tracking code by email. The customer is bound to the terms and conditions of each order that is in force at the time of ordering.

DELIVERY. We deliver worldwide from Finland. Orders from EU, UK, Norway, and Switzerland can be placed using the website checkout. Orders outside of these countries, please contact us via the Contact Form. We’ll tell you the best way to get your products, which may be from a local retailer. If there are no retailers near you, we are happy to give a shipping quote. Domestic Finnish deliveries are shipped via Posti within 1–3 business days. Export deliveries are shipped via GSL and DHL and the estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days.

PAYMENT METHODS. Our secure checkout payment service is provided by Stripe and accepts credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.

CUSTOMS DUTIES. For orders made from countries outside the EU, the sum to pay at the checkout will not include possible import customs. Please note that any import customs, if applicable, may have to be payed in the customer’s own country by the customer.

RETURNS. Products ordered from the online shop have a 14-day exchange and return right. The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging. If you wish to make a return or the product is incorrect, please contact us via e-mail sales@pidat.fi

SALES CONDITIONS. A final and binding contract exists between you and PIDÄT once your order is confirmed by PIDÄT. PIDÄT sends you an order confirmation via email when the order has been approved and shipped from the warehouse. You receive the final receipt for your order as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse and payment is accepted.

GENERAL. Pidät reserves the right to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions. The customer is expected to read through and accept the current terms before placing an order. We will not be held responsible for any delay, failure, damaged goods or any indirect or consequential loss that arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

NEWSLETTER. You can sign up to receive our newsletter about new products, campaigns etc. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link that is included in all the news e-mails we send out. You will also find the link at the bottom of this page. If you encounter any problems with unsubscribing, please contact customer service. We will then make sure to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

PIDÄT uses cookies to improve your user experience on our website, to store the choices you make when you use our website, for example your choice of country, and to help us make ongoing improvements in the content and functions you encounter on our website. COPYRIGHT. All names, brands and logos on the website are the property of PIDÄT / Studio Tolvanen Oy and can only be used with express permission from PIDÄT. Online content such as text, graphic design elements, icons, images, videos, audio files and software is the property of PIDÄT or PIDÄT’s associated partners or companies. Downloading content from the website is only permitted for personal and non-commercial use and subject to copyright laws and regulations. You are not allowed to copy, distribute or republish content from the website for public or commercial use or make any other use of copyright-protected content without permission from PIDÄT. You are not allowed to extract data by means of data roaming, robots or similar data collection tools from pidat.fi without prior written permission from PIDÄT. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the materials presented on these pages are owned by PIDÄT / Studio Tolvanen Oy and its designers.
